Antique tray solid brass Buddha and attendants Gandhara/Ushnisha hand-pierced

This is a solid brass tray, age unknown but antique.
About 10 inches x 12 inches.
With 10 emanating curves around the edge.
No markings or signature we could find.
Hand made of course.
Considerable patina of age with a few spots of tarnishing. No pitting or damage. No dents or bumps--obviously well cared for.
The design is floral, ornate leaves and branches. At the center is a seated Buddha or Bodhisattva looking figure with legs crossed and arms open. Appears to have a Gandhara style topknot or ushnisha, but we are not experts, please look closely and form your own opinion. And there are two attendants facing the central figure.
